Abstract
The book is composed of several essays, each one of which examines the legislation concerning a new contract or business relationship. In particular, the study examines Law n. 192/1998, on industrial subcontracting; d. lgs. n. 231/2002, on the delays in payments; Art. 23 of the d.lgs. n. 133/2014, on the so called rent to buy; d.lgs. n. 5/2009 on contractual network; Law n. 128/1994 on franchising; Law n. 3/2002 on overindebtedness; Law n. 204/1985 on doorstep and pyramid selling. The book aims at verifying whether and to what extent these new business models and schemes of regulation have been adopted in practice and better understand why operators have shown little interest in them.
