Abstract
The ninth volume of the legal writings of Piero Calamandrei contains some of his most important work on practical issues of civil procedures, such as preliminary injunctions, foreclosure, bankruptcy, orders for payment. The volume is completed by several work of comparative law (Germany, Austria, USA, Sweden, Finland) and of history of law.
