Abstract
Il volume è dedicato al processo del lavoro e venne pubblicato nel 1974, all’indomani della riforma che venne introdotta con la l. n. 533 del 1973. Già in sede di elaborazione del progetto definitivo della riforma l’Autore aveva espresso assunto una posizione critica sull’impianto complessivo della stessa, sostenendo che si poteva e si doveva fare meglio, sia nel metodo che nel merito delle scelte compiute. Tale posizione critica rimase anche nel volume che ora si ristampa.
The volume is dedicated to the procedural law on labor disputes and was published in 1975 in the aftermath of the reform introduced by Law No. 533/1973. Even during the drafting of the final reform bill, the Author had expressed a critical view of the overall strucutre of the reform, arguing that it could and should be have been better, both in terms of the method and the substance of the choices made. This critical position wa salso reflected in the volume, which is now being reprinted.
