ROMA TRE LAW REVIEW

The Roma Tre Law Review (R3LR) is an open-source peer-reviewed e-journal which aims to offer a digital forum for scholarly debate on issues of comparative law, international law, law and economics, law and society, criminal law, legal history, and teaching methods in law. Founded by a group of legal scholars working at the Department of Law of Roma Tre University, it started publishing in 2019. R3LR welcomes contributions aimed at surveying transversally, also from an interdisciplinary perspective, the Italian and international legal landscape to foster internationalization and overcome localisms, also by breaking down linguistic obstacles. To achieve its ends, R3LR publishes contributions characterized by their openness to comparative, historical, and interdisciplinary perspectives on all legal issues of not strictly municipal concern. Submissions are welcomed from all over the world, with constant attention to respecting gender equality and encouraging early career scholars.

R3LR adopts the Creative Commons attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). No costs or financial contributions are required from authors at any stage of the publication process.
