Abstract
Il volume presenta gli esiti di un’indagine quali-quantitativa che ha approfondito il profilo delle volontarie e dei volontari del Giubileo del 2025, esplorando caratteristiche delle loro esperienze, propensioni a successivi impegni di volontariato, formazione ricevuta e domanda formativa. Dall’indagine emerge un volontariato intergenerazionale, ricco di esperienze pregresse, orientato all’azione concreta e capace di riconoscere nel servizio una forte valenza formativa, relazionale e interculturale. Accanto a una solida componente di “volontari di ritorno”, si affacciano nuove generazioni che portano energie, domande e istanze di rinnovamento.
The volume presents the results of a qualitative and quantitative survey that examined the profile of volunteers for the 2025 Jubilee, exploring the characteristics of their experiences, their propensity for subsequent volunteer commitments, the training they received and their training needs. The survey reveals an intergenerational volunteer force, rich in previous experience, oriented towards concrete action and capable of recognising the strong educational, relational and intercultural value of service. Alongside a solid component of “returning volunteers”, new generations are emerging, bringing energy, questions and demands for renewal.
