Abstract
Difetti d’autore: Forme e significati dell’autorialità raccoglie una selezione di saggi nati dall’omonimo convegno organizzato nel 2023 presso il Dipartimento di Lingue, Letterature e Culture Straniere dell’Università Roma Tre dalle Dottorande e dai Dottorandi dei cicli XXXVI e XXXVII. Il volume esplora le molteplici declinazioni dell’autorialità in chiave transdisciplinare, attraversando letteratura, teatro, arti visive, cultura digitale e media studies. Da doppiatori e meme a piante parlanti e miti riscritti, i contributi interrogano le modalità con cui l’autorialità viene edificata, decostruita e rinegoziata nei testi e nei contesti contemporanei. Lungi dall’essere una figura stabile, l’autore emerge qui come spettro cangiante, presenza/assenza che continua a turbare e ispirare la riflessione critica. Ad accompagnare i saggi in coda al volume, un glossario redatto dalle curatrici e dai curatori intorno a una selezione di parole chiave legate al concetto di autorialità.
Difetti d’autore: Forme e significati dell’autorialità (Authorial Flaws: Forms and Meanings of Authorship) brings together a selection of essays originating from the conference by the same name, held in 2023 at the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures of Roma Tre University by the PhD candidates of the 36th and 37th cycles. The volume explores the multiple facets of authorship through a transdisciplinary lens, spanning literature, theatre, visual arts, digital culture, and media studies. From voice actors and memes to talking plants and rewritten myths, the contributions examine the ways in which authorship is constructed, deconstructed, and renegotiated within contemporary texts and contexts. Far from being a fixed figure, the author emerges here as a shifting specter – a presence/absence that continues to haunt and inspire critical thought. Accompanying the essays at the end of the volume is a glossary, compiled by the editors and focusing on a selection of key terms related to the concept of authorship.
